LETTER OF AGREEMENT



I the undersigned _______________ __________________ (the sponsor)
 
do hereby agree to screen the film - Star Dreams for audiences in my area. 
To this effect, I will take responsibility for adequate promotion and 
successful application of all venues, legalities and formal requirements
that are attached to this undertaking. In no way will Genesis Communications
be held to account for any actions taken by me in regards to this venture.

The rate for each screening will be $200.00 (two hundred dollars) and 
$100.00 (one hundred dollars) for non-profit events, payable in advance,
which will give the sponsor free license to present the film to audiences.
Upon receipt of the fee and a signed letter of agreement, Genesis
Communications will counter-sign the release, send a DVD copy if needed
and a list of instructions.

An electronic press kit and generic poster is also available for use.
